🔁 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
At Belinha Starr, each bamboo pen is carefully crafted and often custom engraved specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that you review your order details carefully before placing your order.
✏️ Order Cancellations
Full refunds are available for cancellations requested before production begins.
Once your order has entered production or engraving has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Custom engraved items are made to order and cannot be resold, which is why we cannot accept cancellations after production has begun.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Custom engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production is complete.
Non-custom or non-engraved items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request authorization.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified, we will ship a free replacement at no additional cost
Refunds will not be issued for damaged custom items unless a replacement is unavailable.
